This Documentation Hub provides a single access point to all operational, governance, and statutory documents used at Plas Heli, the Welsh National Sailing Academy & Events Centre. It is the central reference point for external event organisers, race management teams, volunteers, and partner organisations.

The Event Organiser Playbook is the primary handover document for visiting event organisers. It provides essential guidance on SAG notification, high‑hazard rules, licensing, temporary structures, environmental protocols, statutory compliance, and the division of responsibilities between Plas Heli and the Event Organiser.
