On the 25th of September, Plas Heli will be hosting a day of activities on Glan Don beach, Pwllheli, and Plas Heli, - Hwyl yr Heli. In conjunction with local outdoor activity clubs, that will offer taster sessions in Rowing, Sailing, Kayaking, Paddleboarding, etc, of an hour for children and adults, with the clubs on hand to answer any enquiry about joining the clubs.
As well as the water-based sessions, the National Trust will be on the Beach, with beach games, and a Bouncy Castle, and trampolines, as well as a face painter will be here for the youngest children. For the adults not wishing to participate in the water-based activities, The Deck, our bar and restaurant at Plas heli, will be open throughout the day, for refreshments.

Well, summer’s here. It’s July already. All the activities of recent months (and years for some) have been leading up to this! Plas Heli will be hosting its first sailing championship before the end of the month.
All the builders and contractors have been working full out for weeks to get the building ready to welcome visitors from 37 countries for the European Optimist Championships on July 18th.
The restaurant, cafe and bar which are open to the public and which look out over Glan y Don beach, will open a soon as possible – we have no definite date at present.
The Jester Challenge fleet berthed at the Plas Heli visitor pontoons to prepare for their challenge from Pwllheli to Baltimore in south west Ireland on Sunday 14th June 2015.
The competitors had a great night in Plas Heli on Saturday night.
They were set on their way by former CHPSC Commodore, Richard Tudor at 1200 hrs on Sunday 14th June 2015.
