Numbers Attending: (anticipated) : 40 and will include Adults Youth
Special Requiremets: Need only half of Main Hall (we are aware there is a boat in part of the maiin hall)

Equipment Requested: White Board W/B Markers Sound System - speaker, amplifier and microphone
Additional Notes about your meeting/Event notes: Only need half the main hall
