This Documentation Hub provides a single access point to all operational, governance, and statutory documents used at Plas Heli, the Welsh National Sailing Academy & Events Centre. It is the central reference point for external event organisers, race management teams, volunteers, and partner organisations.
📘 Event Organiser Playbook (Read First)
The Event Organiser Playbook is the primary handover document for visiting event organisers. It provides essential guidance on SAG notification, high‑hazard rules, licensing, temporary structures, environmental protocols, statutory compliance, and the division of responsibilities between Plas Heli and the Event Organiser.
📘 Event Management Plan (EMP)
The EMP provides the formal governance structure required by SAG, RYA Cymru Wales, insurers, and event organisers. It contains the core framework for event planning, safety management, communications, and emergency arrangements.
🛟 Safety Documents Library
The Safety Documents Library contains all operational safety procedures used during events, afloat and ashore. These documents support Race Management Teams, Bridge personnel, Safety Officers, volunteers, and event organisers.
