Electrical safety is managed by Plas Heli Cyf and includes statutory inspections, testing, and certification required for safe building operation.

Electrical System Overview

Caban Heli is supplied by a three-phase electrical supply provided through a single British Gas account. The main electrical meter and distribution board are located within Stiwdio Heli.

Future Electrical Provision

As part of the planned redevelopment of the former showers and toilets into four retail/commercial units, each new unit will be provided with a separate mains electrical supply.

Each occupier will be responsible for their own electrical usage, billing, and meter arrangements directly with their chosen supplier.

Electrical Servicing

Electrical inspections and servicing are carried out by qualified contractors in accordance with statutory requirements and British Standards (BS 7671).
